In Ethiopia, long ago, the first wild coffee plants were discovered. The country has a well established, distinct coffee culture and some of the worlds most famous coffee regions can be found here: Harrar, Sidamo and Yirgacheffe. Yet many varieties of coffee remain unexplored.
