Natural milling slowly dries and hardens the ripe cherries, giving this coffee an earthy, smooth flavour with a herbal aroma. Due to Sumatra Mandheling's syrupy body and low acidity it continues to be one of the more popular coffees. These beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
