About the bean

Elvis Faleiros is a second-generation farmer who has dedicated himself to the coffee life and working to elevate his family legacy to a specialty level of coffee calibre. 

His Santos is super tasty and produces a sweet and flavorful espresso shot, packed with body and a crema that carries all of the drinks we love to make and serve (and consume) at our pick-up location on Bathurst Street.

Expect a creamy delicious, smooth, yet dense coffee that lends itself to a variety of brew methods. We've been tapping this Santos for multiple lattes throughout the day. Our customers have taken to this one for the popular caffé misto (or café au latte), which combines coffee half-brewed with milk half-steamed.
