Bright, sweet, and quietly intense. This Grade 1 natural from Arbegona’s steep Sidama highlands (up to 2,500 masl) is dried as whole cherries, locking in juicy berry, baker’s chocolate, and roasted-nut richness. Creamy body, medium acidity, and a clean lingering finish — classic Sidama fruit with real depth. Grown by smallholders, prepared with care by Tracon, and packed in GrainPro. Traceable, consistent, and ready for roasters who want Ethiopian natural energy with polish.
