Shipping Delays
The estimated delivery dates are provided automatically by Canada Post, UPS, and by Green Beanery in other cases. This delivery date may not be met for a variety of reasons. They include:
Duty/Brokerage Fees
Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to Duties, National taxes, and/or Brokerage fees. Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
BUNN Drop Ship
Most of our Bunn merchandise (commercial machines and parts) are not carried at our store but at the Bunn warehouse in Aurora, ON. When purchasing these items, customers can either opt to have orders drop-shipped from the Bunn warehouse directly to them or pick them up in person from Bunn in Aurora. For pick-up in-person, Green Beanery will coordinate with Bunn for a collection time window.
Notification of a drop-ship item will appear on the "Shipping" page of the Shopping Cart.
If a Bunn order needs to be returned, returns must be arranged by the customer and forwarded to the Bunn warehouse location in Aurora, Ontario. Green Beanery will issue a return package number (RMA) and return instructions on behalf of Bunn. Note: Bunn applies a 25% restocking fee to all returns. Defective items are another matter; contact sales@greenbeanery.ca for assistance.
Shipping Damage
U.S. and international customers take note: the Canada Post Small Packet Air, Small Packet Surface and Small Envelope mail options do not offer liability coverage - there is no tracking provided and no refund in case of loss or damage in transit. To add insurance to orders that are drop-shipped via courier, please leave a request in the comment field during the online checkout process requesting insurance to be added.
Please do not return an item without consulting us first at sales@greenbeanery.ca. Items returned without consultation are immediately ineligible for a full refund.

In the event of an issue, the supplier or manufacturer is typically consulted for troubleshooting advice and/or assistance. Most issues can be resolved through third-party assistance, replacement parts or a replacement unit, if need be.
Please note: For items drop-shipped from third-party suppliers, including Amazon and the BUNN and Zojirushi equipment lines, returns must be processed by our third-party supplier directly. In the event of a return/exchange involving a third-party supplier, contact sales@greenbeanery.ca in the first instance for assistance.
Unused products, excluding coffee, may be returned within 30 days of purchase (or by January 15, in the case of products purchased in December as gifts). We do not reimburse shipping costs. Simply contact us during the return period to explain the problem and to obtain an RMA authorization number (Return Authorization Number -- we do not automatically accept returns without authorization). Once you have the RMA, you may return the product to us. Be sure to include:
Securely pack items and seal the package. Attach From/To Labels to the package and remove any other shipping labels. Please return your item/s via the Canada Post's Regular shipping option and be sure to insure the shipment for its full value. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the machine is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept collect or postage-due shipments.
If the original packaging needs to be replaced, or if an unused machine or items are returned to us without authorization (an RMA number), there will be a restocking fee of 15%.
If your returned product arrives in new and resaleable condition, in its original cartons and its original packing, with all accessories, guarantees and instructions, and if the return has been authorized, we will refund the full cost of the product, but not any shipping and handling costs.
For sales outside Canada, the customer pays for shipping both ways on all returns.
Can I return my coffee?
All coffee beans, roasted and unroasted, are final sale. However, if you are not satisfied, contact us. We are happy to help.
