About the bean
Grown by smallholder farmers from traditional heirloom varieties, these Grade 2 washed beans deliver a cup that sings. Bright notes of strawberry, guava, kiwi, honeydew melon, peach, and orange blossom are carried by a creamy body and spirited by a balanced acidity, and a clean, yogurt-tart sweetness that lingers. The washed process locks in clarity so every layered fruit and floral note shines.
Ken Bon is the mother-daughter powerhouse behind our new lot of Yirgacheffe. Aisha and Danya partner closely with local farmers across 250+ hectares, sharing infrastructure, training, and a commitment to quality and community.
