Tis’ the season of the harvest and our own particular cup of autumnal gold continues to surprise us.

Harvest Gold is a mood: light for a bright morning, it deepens when the day demands it. Opening with a bright, juicy yellow fruit, this beloved house blend turns toward a sweet-spicy pull that finishes on a grounding note of liquorice. Its flavours are the journey of four separate origins that we keep unnamed because our house blends are top secret. What matters is how cleanly they lock together, and how willingly the blend shifts with the roast and the brew method selected. Kept light, it stays sweet. Taken darker, it moves toward smoke and a gentle bitterness.

The fullest expression of Harvest Gold comes through French press or pour-over, where the layered fruit and spice stay clearest. A darker roast rounds off the brightness for a smoother drink. It stands up as espresso and settles into cold brew without losing its character. Roast? However you like. This is a harvest for one and for all!
