The Cerrado is our daily espresso staple—a testament to this classic from Brazil and its consistent quality and accessibility, even in challenging times. 

“Finally, a dark roast that isn’t bitter!” is a frequent refrain from customers who crave depth without smoke or harshness. Cerrado is the answer. Its balance and versatility is the definition of people-pleaser. We prefer this one at a City roast profile (medium light) for an accentuated sweetness but we know many of you like an espresso profile. In blends, the Cerrado adds density and body, balancing flavour and brightness. For a smooth ride, this choice lands perfectly.
