Roasted - Brazilian Pulped Natural (Coffee of the Week)

| /

About the bean

Brazil’s pulped natural process, also known as the "peeled cherry" method, involves removing the outer layer of the coffee cherry before drying with most of the mucilage still intact. A hybrid approach that combines the wet with the natural process to maximize the clarity of the former and the body and sweetness of the latter, more time and effort typically goes into producing the quality this method is prized for.

The discovery in the cup is an uncomplicated pleaser, low in acidity, rich in body, enjoyably sweet, and without any bitter aftertaste. A subtle and dry fruity brightness added an unexpected layer of pleasure to round out the character. An added bonus: this one remained robust even as a latte. For extra body and sweetness, opt for French press or Aeropress. Highly recommended as a team player for blends for its stabilizing properties.
