About the bean

Haiti Blue Pine is a distinguished single-origin coffee from the highlands of Kok Ki Chante in rural Haiti’s Kolen region, where the tradition of coffee cultivation spans centuries. Meticulously crafted, this fully-washed offering combines exceptional quality with ethical sourcing, embodying the vibrant essence of Haiti’s storied coffee heritage.

We’re super excited to offer this new entry to the fold. Expect a harmonious blend of soft notes (baker’s chocolate intertwined with golden caramel), accented by delicate floral aromatics and whispers of sweet cream and dark berries. A plush, creamy body finishes on a smooth chocolate finish, making this pick ideal for a range of preferences, including espresso, French press, and drip.

Not only is this selection one to luxuriate in, it also lights on the resilience and craftsmanship of Haitian growers—a refined pleasure steeped in both flavour and purpose.
