About the bean

Alta Mogiana in southeast Brazil is a region rooted in the tradition of coffee cultivation. Dating back to the 19th century, the coffee life here is a calling in the blood and a passion that inspires each new generation of growers. That experience and soul is the foundation of this family-driven farming region dedicated to the sustainable practices that ensure their specialty coffee offerings elevate the pride and artistry of their ancestors through some of the world’s most eco-friendly and innovative post-harvest processes and drying facilities.

In the cup, this Brazil Natural is a sweet discovery. It will appear darker even at a lighter roast profile. Versatile, this pick is an excellent add-in for blends and suits a variety of brewing methods and roast preferences. At a darker roast, expect a lower acidity and sweet-smoky character with a lingering aftertaste.

A common request from many of you are recommendations for low-acid coffees that express well at a medium roast. This Natural is all that and more.
