This naturally processed blend was born of a partnership between ten passionate, multi-generational farming families in tandem with Brazil’s TVRT Ecosystem — a trailblazing force in transparent coffee trading that connects roasters and consumers directly with families and farms committed to sustainable sourcing.

But what about that name? It does raise the bar on appearance a bit. In reality, Jeweled Blossom is a poetic marketing device that refers to the delicate white flowers of Arabica plants, and the “shining” cup profile of a post-harvest process that accentuates sweetness and complexity, elevated by a rich volcanic growing environment.

This “jewel” of Brazilian craftsmanship has been honed through generations of hands-on expertise, coaxing brilliance from the land using time-honoured methods and meticulous care. The result is a rich, vibrant complexity that combines a deep chocolate, caramel sweetness with bright fruit notes, and a silky, lingering finish.

Our Americano taste test expressed the exclusive, uncompromising quality of this blend perfectly. Also recommended for Cold Brew, Drip, Moka Pot, and French Press. Expect a slightly more acidic cup than a pulped natural option.
