About the bean

Hello again, you glorious weirdo.

Born from the cinematic, dramatic monsoon breezes of southern India, these Arabica beans get the full spa treatment: parked in airy, open structures or breathable sacks, they bathe in humidity for 12 to 16 weeks straight. The extensive moisture soak causes a swell up and doubling in size, while the atmospheric intensity turns the beans a ghostly pale. A wild, spicy, musty, earthy result emerges — and one with serious soul.

A cult coffee that marches to its own groovy beat, expect a flavourful, dense, sweet and heady encounter. Indian Monsoon delivers a punchy espresso, gifts its velvet magic in blends, and creeps into obsession as a solo act. Home roasters: the monsoon lands quietly — easy and even, which is a nice surprise.

In general, watch out, folks! These quirky nuggets can hijack your heart (and morning routine).
